My passion for counseling grows from my own experience, as I've had to learn how to engage my story authentically and compassionately. My firsthand experience as a client propels me to to offer support and kindness today as a therapist. It's a privilege to join my clients in asking hard questions, sitting in the tension of life when it’s painful, confusing and lonely. Hope is the environment which allows us to change, and I'll direct my clients towards the rich beauty and meaning that can come out of the deep suffering in life. I empower my clients with resources to utilize outside of therapy to enrich their life.
