Hi there and congratulations on taking the first step to a new you. Connection matters, we weren't meant to go through life's challenges alone. I understand that trying to seek help can be difficult and I believe everyone deserves a safe space to express themselves and learn how to cope with the struggles in life. As a foundation to the counseling relationship, I help clients and families understand the process of therapy and that all people, children and adults, grow and heal on their own time. I believe that by providing a safe and supportive environment, clients are able to make positive, lasting change. I work with children, adolescents and adults. My clinical interests include anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. I am well prepared and unafraid to help you walk through difficult times with you.
