I strive to help clients with both their daily ongoing stressors, while still identifying and working towards their long-term goals and commitments. I enjoy working with adolescents 16+ and adults of all ages, particularly those who are going through major transitions in their life, or coming to new realizations about themselves in any phase of life. I am a queer and neurodivergent identified and affirming therapist.
