Hi & welcome! I work with kids, teens, and their families in East Rochester, offering after-school and evening appointments to better fit busy family schedules. Many of the children and families I support are navigating challenges related to anxiety, ADHD, depression, OCD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. With over a decade of experience working as a school counselor, I’m especially comfortable helping when school stress, behavior, and emotions start to overlap—whether that looks like school avoidance, frequent meltdowns or social struggles.
