Hello and Welcome! I am an LCSW serving clients in the state of Georgia. I received my Master of Clinical Social Work from the University of Georgia and have been in private practice for 10 years. I am non-judgmental and laid back with a good sense of humor, but also action-oriented. I employ a holistic approach to mental health and wellness, as the mind and body are deeply intertwined. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing and where you'd like to go in our work together. I have worked with individuals of all ages and diverse backgrounds to identify current problems and unhelpful patterns, replacing them with healthy thoughts and behaviors. I am a validating and compassionate individual, and I come with a toolbox of proven techniques to address any problems you are facing.
