Every individual has their own unique experiences and reasons for stepping into the therapy room. I am passionate about working with clients to create a supportive therapy environment that works with you to help you achieve your goals. I believe it is important to create a therapy experience that honors your full self and takes your environment—social, physical, and mental—into consideration. I am passionate about working with adolescents, young adults, and adults and have experience working with LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent individuals as well as folks living with anxiety disorders, depression, stress, and HSP.
