As a devoted marriage and family therapist, I am passionate about guiding individuals, couples and families on their journey towards growth and healing. I believe that we are wired for connection but often violations of love and trustworthiness keep us in destructive patterns which cause disconnection from those we care mostly deeply for. I am passionate about wholeness and utilize both the past and present to allow clients to gain insight into their current patterns in order to be empowered to change. I am a Certified Level II Restoration Therapist, EMDR trained, a certified facilitator for Prepare and Enrich, certified leader for Relate Strong and a Supervisor.
