Hello! I'm Katie, and I'm so glad you're here. Many people start out in therapy feeling unsure of their next step forward. That's okay- you are right where you’re supposed to be. As a therapist, I focus on providing support for my clients as we explore healing and self-understanding. While I work with adults of all backgrounds, I specialize in providing therapy for the LGBTQ+ community and people with disabilities. My approach to therapy is person-centered and holistic, and I use Internal Family Systems, EMDR, and somatic therapy techniques depending on the needs of each client.
