But, I believe for true healing we cannot always stop there. I believe insight is the first step to unlocking a true path forward and from this place, we will do the deeper work necessary for you to reach the healing you desire. I have over 6 years of experience helping clients move through trauma and gain sobriety from various forms of addiction. Relief is possible and I am grateful to walk along side you on your journey! I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is a trauma-focused therapy that allows clients to heal and work through any past or present traumas. I am also informed in Internal Family Systems and passionate about combining these two approaches when needed
