As a therapist specializing in children and teens, I believe everyone has innate strengths, even when they're struggling. My goal is to help youth (and their families) uncover and build on those strengths to navigate anxiety, depression, school pressure, identity development, and performance challenges, especially in high-achieving and sports-involved youth.
