Hello! I'm Katie and I'm a DBT Therapist. I specialize in working with adults & teens (12+) struggling with mood disorders, depression, self-harm, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, personality disorders and overall life changes. DBT teaches concrete & useful coping skills to replace negative behaviors with positive skills. It is an amazing therapy modality to 'do something different'. I also work with clients who identify as a mother including postpartum depression & anxiety, pregnancy, postpartum transition, pregnancy loss and PPD in spouses. I am also Certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) through PSI.
