Hi, I’m Katie. I specialize in helping adults recover from trauma, manage anxiety and depression, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. With effective strategies for managing distress, you can quiet the noise, tap into your strengths, and realign with the life you want. Welcome to my practice. In-person appointments are available at Branches Integrative Wellness in Sturbridge, MA. Trauma intensives and equine-assisted trauma therapy are available starting July 2026.
