I look forward to the opportunity to work with you! I am client-centered and strongly believe in the therapeutic relationship being a safe and affirming space. I believe the client knows themselves the best, yet sometimes we get stuck in patterns that are unhelpful for us, and sometimes we need support in getting un-stuck to move forward in life. I listen from a non-judgmental place so you will feel heard, understood, and know that you have meaningful support. I want my clients to feel that they can be their authentic selves and for them to flourish in all the ways imaginable. I like working with clients who are ready to go deep into their therapeutic work. I enjoy working with neurodivergent clients and helping them to see their strengths, as well as support them in reducing barriers in their lives. I like to teach mindfulness and grounding strategies, so clients feel confident they can emotionally regulate on their own.
