Grief is excruciating, disorienting, confusing, and isolating. And no, you’re not doing it wrong. Your grief is as unique and individual as you are. But you don’t have to walk through it alone. I work with kids, adults, couples & families who are navigating grief & loss, relationship issues, anxiety, shame, perfectionism, and disconnection from their life’s purpose and direction. My grief story has equipped me to work with those experiencing suicide bereavement, and my nearly two decades of experience in the music and entertainment industries provide rich insight & understanding into my work with artists and creative professionals.
