Seeking counseling takes courage and bravery, no matter your life story. Whether dealing with a "normal" life transition, or dealing with a challenging "curve ball," we all need safe and loving support from time to time. Building awareness, growing intuition, and learning to trust and accept all parts of ourselves can help guide us through challenging times. Counseling can be a space to explore and build a deep inner knowing, aiding in the ability to weather any storm with peace and calm. After 20 years working in the arts, I made a life and career change and pursued counseling. Working with Veterans and women who were incarcerated inspired my path to the healing arts and counseling. Using tools like compassion, body/mind connections, and expressive arts, I provide a caring and accepting space for you to grow into the best version of you.
