My practice is grounded in solution-focused therapy, helping clients identify strengths, build practical strategies, and move toward meaningful change. I also incorporate the I–Thou approach, emphasizing authentic connection, respect, and mutual understanding within the therapeutic relationship. Together, we work collaboratively to explore challenges and create a path forward that feels purposeful and empowering.
