Hi there! I'm Katie, a Mental Health Therapist that is passionate about walking with others as they navigate different seasons of life. I approach therapy with personality, open-mindedness, and evidence based practices. I would love to hear from you if you think we might be a good fit! I am experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults with varying diagnoses and going through different seasons of life such as navigating trauma, grief, and life stressors. I believe that every individual has the potential for change and I enjoy working with people as they discover their strengths and work towards their goals. I am trained in EMDR, Therapeutic Play, CBT, and DBT. My therapeutic approach is centered in meeting clients where they are at and fostering an open dialogue to explore their needs and strengths. I work from a strengths-based and client centered perspective to promote sustainable and long-lasting growth.
