Katie Couvillon is a licensed mental health counselor and board certified coach who focuses on person-centered counseling and depth psychology. Katie helps clients access resilience, develop coping skills, and build a positive self-image - things we most need when facing mental health concerns! Katie most often works with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and interpersonal struggles such as relationships, boundaries, and codependency. Katie utilizes mindfulness and meditative practices, cognitive and emotional reframing, and spirituality-affirming care to help illuminate hope and direction on each of her client's unique journeys. As a subspecialty, Katie is passionate about helping women find their voice. Often, that means helping clients self-validate, create healthy boundaries, and assert themselves in a way that honors who they are at the deepest levels. Through healing the relationship with self, Katie believes women can align with their core values and life the life they desire.
