My ideal clients are adults, teens, and children who feel stuck by emotions, stress, or transitions they can’t quite name or manage. They might be adults carrying the weight of past experiences or current pressures, longing to feel calmer, more confident, and more in control. Or they may be parents watching their child struggle with anxiety, frustration, or social challenges and feeling unsure how to help. At their core, my clients want to feel understood and supported. They want to build skills to manage big emotions, communicate more effectively, and reconnect with a sense of hope and possibility. With more than two decades of professional experience and a lifetime of lived perspective, I bring both compassion and real-world understanding to the therapy room. My clients often say they feel grounded knowing they’re working with someone who “gets it,” someone who can connect the dots between theory, life, and human experience.
