Not currently accepting new clients. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, earning my Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington. I enjoy serving adult individuals (age 18+) throughout life transitions, including anxiety, depression, self-care, stress reduction, communication, life-limiting illnesses, end-of-life transitions, disability, trauma, and grief and loss. I am an LGTBQ+ ally, and also enjoy working with neurodivergent adults, BIPOC, first responders, and healthcare workers.
