I want to help you overcome the feelings of fear, guilt, and shame that interfere with your ability to be present and have a vital, fulfilling life. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults who have experienced trauma, or are struggling with issues related to mental health, including depression, anxiety, Bipolar disorder, and post traumatic stress disorder. I help clients recognize their natural resources and potential they already possess. My ultimate goal is to help individuals and families find healing and wholeness.
