As a therapist I offer a warm, genuine relationship where you can feel deeply seen, understood, and valued exactly as you are. Finding a nonjudgmental, accepting, loving space can do wonders for our healing and growth process. You may be chronically ill, disabled, recovering from trauma, constantly in survival mode, facing a lot of uncertainty, or just finally trying to uncover your true self. Together we’ll examine and let go of the expectations that aren’t serving you, then figure out what you really want and need in order to be the best version of yourself. I have extensive experience working with all kinds of grief and loss.
