I offer therapy for teens, adults, and couples throughout California, as well as eco-therapy in Monterey, CA. From our first sessions, my intention is to help you feel safe and seen. My aim is to “get” you—to understand as much as I can about your experiences and feelings, and for you to feel my understanding and compassion. This connection is the foundation of a therapeutic relationship that supports you in being vulnerable and authentic. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns and past experiences that may be shaping your present. I’ll support you in reconnecting with yourself to feel more at ease and alive.
