As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with adults, couples, and teenagers to explore life's meaningful moments and challenges. I believe in honoring the complexity of being human, and I strive to create a collaborative space where we can explore what matters most to you - deepening self-awareness, processing difficult experiences and emotions, and creating healthier relationships. My areas of experience include relational conflict, trauma, faith and spirituality, sexuality, depression, and grief. I blend relational, psychodynamic, and emotion-focused approaches with a therapeutic style that's warm, down-to-earth, and pragmatic, balanced with depth and insight.
