I enjoy working with individual adults and teens (15+) with a variety of mental health concerns. I have significant experience working with people coping with grief and loss. I recognize how unique grief is to each one of us, and I work to normalize and validate the diversity of one's grief experiences to promote hope and healing. In addition to my work with grief and loss, I frequently see clients navigating a later-in-life ADHD diagnosis and exploring how this impacts everyday life and relationships. I also enjoy working with depression, anxiety, communication, and life transitions.
