Hello! No matter where you are on your healing journey, I look forward to meeting you right where you're at. I enjoy working with women, men, children, teens, couples, and families struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, communication issues, grief, trauma and identity issues. My clinical approach is trauma-informed and built on a foundation of Person-Centered Therapy, and I utilize tools from several modalities including CBT, DBT, and EFT to create a personalized treatment plan for each of my clients' unique needs.
