Often clients tell me they appreciate knowing that I, too, am as human as the person in the room with me. Life can be difficult and mental health issues can add significant barriers to finding healing, growth, and joy. My hope for each client is not only that they experience symptom reduction, but also that they experience long term healing and create a meaningful life. I have a passion for working with those overwhelmed with transitions being it adjusting to the work place, divorce/break up, major life move, job loss, recent deaths, etc. I enjoy supporting people through these difficult, yet transformative periods.
