I'm a licensed clinical social worker with a private practice in Wilton, CT. I work with adults, teens, children & families. I specialize in treating obsessive compulsive disorder, anxiety disorders, and support individuals and families through the challenges of everyday life, as well as the many changes and transitions that occur from childhood through retirement. I believe in providing the highest standard of care, and use only evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients confront fears, reduce compulsions, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and learn practical coping skills to live a vital life.
