If you have come across my page I know you are a person who is seeking change. I am here to tell you that lasting change is possible. I have over 20 years experience walking alongside people in their journey of long term healing. If you have found your way to me you are seeking a richer, deeper, more value driven life. In our work together I know that can become reality. I work from a relational approach, from a psychodynamic perspective. I value the integration of somatic work and will be bringing Reiki into my practice as an additional way to support my clients. I offer EMDR and I specialize in working with: C-PTSD, Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, and Substance Abuse. I am an LGBTQIA ally.
