Anxiety, depression, grief/loss, life transitions, childhood trauma, and relationship issues are just a few of the concerns that can cause us to get stuck. Sometimes we need someone to help us learn new coping skills that will allow us to move forward when our current challenges push us past our breaking point. My clients come to therapy to learn new skills to cope with their current struggles and regain control of their lives.
