Psychotherapy provides an opportunity to navigate the difficulties we all face throughout life! I provide individual and family therapy for eating disorders as well as depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, and relational issues. I am a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) through the International Association of Eating DisorderProfessionals (IAEDP). As a Trained Daring Way Facilitator, I often apply Dr. Brene Brown’s research in therapeutic work around shame, vulnerability, and worthiness. I hold memberships in the Academy of Eating Disorders, IADEP, and NASW.
