The journey to healing can be overwhelming. By meeting my clients where they're at and taking time to build a strong therapeutic alliance, we can work toward you become the best version of yourself. I am an EMDR Certified clinician/Approved Consultant through the EMDR International Association, and registered yoga instructor specializing in trauma and CPTSD. I firmly believe in our body and mind's innate ability to heal and am honored to guide my clients through this process. Our sessions are heavily focused on EMDR, but we may also incorporate mindfulness, CBT and yoga in sessions if welcomed. Through an individualized, somatic and holistic lens, we will focus on healing from past experiences, find peace, and open up space for personal growth.
