My name is Katie Gallo, and I am a counselor-in-training at Northwestern University, working toward licensure as a professional counselor (LCPC) in Illinois. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions who want to feel more grounded, balanced, and whole. I view counseling as a deeply human and relational process—one grounded in safety, authenticity, and connection. I believe that healing happens within supportive relationships where we can feel truly seen, accepted, and understood.
