My aim is to create a supportive and open space to help you determine what you most want out of therapy and life. I utilize a psychodynamic, relational, and mindfulness based approach to assist clients in increasing awareness of the nuances of their inner worlds with curiosity and compassion. My style is warm, direct, and empowering. I am skilled in working with clients navigating life and body transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, self image concerns, loss and grief, relationship challenges, and identity exploration, among other areas.
