I am glad you are here. I strive to empower people who are experiencing feelings of sadness, loss, fear, and hopelessness related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and life stressors. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where we can build a valuable therapeutic relationship. Together, we will work to better understand your thoughts, behaviors, emotions and choices. My hope is that you will grow and heal through this experience and that you will embrace a renewed sense of self and wellbeing. I guide my clients to build on their own internal strengths. My expertise enables me to hold space for you and your experiences, encourage your potential, and translate therapeutic concepts in an easy to grasp manner. I provide treatment that is individualized, meaningful, and focused on growth.
