As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe each individual is the expert of their own life, with a unique story, identity, and set of experiences. I recognize that therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, which is why I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other; to meet the distinct needs of every individual, couple, and family I work with. My approach is rooted in the belief that healing and growth occur when clients feel truly seen, heard, and accepted. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental, and supportive space where people of all ages—children, young adults, adults, couples, and families; can explore their challenges, develop deeper self-understanding, and strengthen their relationships.
