Hey there! I'm Katie and I am here to create a grounded and open environment where you feel safe to explore the barriers that disconnect you from your most authentic self. I am a Clinical Fellow at ATD Therapy, and together we will work to increase self-awareness, overcome difficult patterns of behavior, and challenge the thoughts that keep you stuck. The current political atmosphere is incredibly stressful and just existing feels overwhelming. Together, we will collaborate to find the therapeutic path that works best for you. I work with members of the LGBTQ+ community, artists and actors, and those struggling with anxiety. I use a variety of person-centered approaches including narrative therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and mindfulness practices. I hope to empower you to discover your personal strengths and address the obstacles that limit your healing. People from all backgrounds are welcome!
