I have felt honored to serve individuals (teens/adult men/adult women) and families (specifically children and parents from birth-5, adoptive/foster caregivers, families working with county based services, or grandparents raising grandchildren) who are experiencing or have experienced traumas that have left them with feelings of attachment disconnect in relationships, struggles with their sense of identity, worth, value or self compassion, difficult/painful life transitions, or the isolation/loneliness that can come with that awful question we sometimes hear our brain ask our hearts: is it just me?
