Life can feel hard at times. You might feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, overwhelmed by strong emotions, or disconnected from yourself or others. Therapy offers a supportive space to untangle these experiences in a way that is collaborative, safe, and paced to your needs. I work with individuals both locally and virtually to explore how your life experiences shape your nervous system, relationships, and sense of self, while building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, regulated, connected, and empowered in your daily life. I take pride in creating a space that is inclusive, affirming, and culturally responsive. My practice is welcoming to neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I take an integrative approach, drawing from attachment-based therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, DBT, CBT, and Gestalt to support self-awareness, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
