Acknowledging that you need support is a difficult and brave decision. Therapy is a powerful tool in understanding and improving our lives . I believe that all behaviors, thoughts, and feelings make sense in the context of experience. I work with clients to develop insight, clarity and self-compassion to effect meaningful change. I use a warm, empowering approach to treatment, and use a social justice lens to acknowledge the ways that oppression impacts experience.
