It’s a long held belief of mine that nearly everyone, can benefit from counseling. Being able to talk with someone who is unbiased, nonjudgmental, and supportive can be so beneficial. In my practice I strive to help people reach their potential, accomplish their goals, and live their most authentic, best life. Through building rapport, trust, & acceptance I am able to help clients work through a variety of concerns. Within my practice I see individuals, couples, and families. Issues that often arise for my clients include but are not limited to depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar, grief, trauma, relationship concerns, school related issues, and low self-esteem
