Hello and Welcome. I'm so glad you are here. We live in a world with a multitude of pressures and stressors. Many of us often feel stuck and overwhelmed by those pressures. You are not alone, and there is help. We all have parts of ourselves that we want to work on, whether that is an anxious part, a self-critical part, a part that can say mean things, or is highly reactive.
