Now accepting MaineCare, Aetna, and Anthem adult clients! (Pending space for minors). I work with individuals who are dealing with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, mood swings, behavioral difficulties, ADHD, disordered eating, and other mental health struggles, such as feelings of malaise and stuckness; and looking to make a positive change. While my roots are in Applied Behavioral Analysis, CBT, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches, I'm flexible and willing to accommodate depending on the client's needs. Other methods I utilize include elements of IFS, DBT, attachment theory, and motivational interviewing.
