Every person’s story is unique & how we cope with life’s struggles will be different for each of us. I believe each person has the wisdom, strength, & skills to heal. The key is to find out how, believe in what you’re doing, & apply the methods. I can help you discover parts of yourself that have been dimmed or never explored. At times, we all feel stuck & lost.
