My goal is to provide a warm and engaging environment where you will feel supported and lovingly challenged, where you can strengthen your voice and work through what’s holding you back from feeling more fulfilled. I will encourage a deepening of self-awareness and self-compassion as you process old patterns, beliefs and past experiences, or as you confront fear, shame and insecurities that may be getting in the way of finding more joy and meaning in both your personal and professional lives.
