Great to meet you! I'm deeply passionate about my work, and I'm so glad you're considering psychotherapy to make a difference in your life. I have worked in mental health for over a decade, across many settings and with diverse groups of people. I may work especially well with creatives, the LGBTQ+ community, adolescents aged 15+, young adults, and folks who find themselves “starting over” in middle age. Most people who arrive at my door come because they wonder if they’re depressed, or their anxiety or substance use have spiraled out of control. Some come to therapy simply to understand themselves better.
