I provide mental health counseling services for individuals, couples, and families. Areas of special interest include eating disorders, complex trauma, and family of origin issues. I also enjoy working with individuals experiencing anxiety and mood disorder symptoms. As a counselor, I see myself as a fellow traveler, and I believe that healing often happens in the context of relationships. I understand that allowing someone to join any part of your journey, especially the painful parts, can be scary and involves risk. I strive to create an environment where people feel safe, noticed, understood, and validated.
