I am passionate about helping clients reconnect with themselves, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life aligned with authenticity and self-compassion. I specialize in working with individuals navigating complex trauma and identity exploration. With over 13 years of experience supporting survivors of sexual violence, trauma, and systemic oppression, I bring a deep sensitivity to the ways trauma impacts both the mind and body. I am a queer identified therapist who has specialized training and experience working with LGBTQIA+ clients, and I provide affirming and inclusive care that honors each client’s lived experience.
