I work with older teens and adults of all ages who struggle with eating disorders, addictions, trauma, and life transitions. I also have vast experience working with chronic pain, anxiety disorders, depression, and family challenges. I have clients from 16-75, and I like working with young adults who are facing transitions into adulthood. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy and that healing takes place on all levels- mind, body, and spirit. Nothing has gone wrong in your life to get you to this point of reaching out- we all need help at some point and you are incredibly brave to seek it out!
