Hi, I’m Katie. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Divine Mercy University and a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse. I was raised with the philosophy that physical activity plays a powerful role in healing processes and can positively influence behavior. I am passionate about working with diverse clients to promote wellness, happiness, and personal growth through meaningful activity and therapeutic engagement.
